Spotlessly clean and individual room with view of street from the window. Very comfy bed and fine bathroom. Perfect location of the hotel close to the town centre too for shopping etc. 15 minutes walk to landscaped gardens.

Everything was perfect, incredible location just next door to kirkstead guesthouse, 5-10 minutes to town and the seafront central pier and attractions, lovely experience. We truly enjoyed the double room which was welcoming with good facilities.

Everyone is very friendly and host too. The rooms are good-sized with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. You will find free wireless internet, good Internet, and a TV set. We usually stay at this brand-new hotel and would stay here again.

We booked a single room and it was welcoming, big beds. An electric kettle, central heating, and TV turned out to be good. The location was central, unbeatable close to the town centre too for shopping etc. Seafood restaurant Walkers Fish & Chips was located 5 minutes walk away.

Liked my excellent stay in February. All the staff was pleasant, solved my issues. Its location was incredible and good, near central pier, kirkstead guesthouse and tram and bus. Had some takeaway meals at Walkers Fish & Chips, set very close to the hotel, I couldn't resist.

Central location close to the town centre. Nearby The Lifeboat Inn - great place to chill out. Super clean room with coffee and coffee on host tray bed was like a marshmallow what a great sleep brilliant would recommend. Perfect facilities.
